Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of dhrive.app (the Site) and the dhrive desktop app (the App), provided by Cyos Technologies LTDA (we, us). By using them, you agree to these terms.

What dhrive does

dhrive turns a prompt into a native iOS app. It writes Swift, builds it locally with your own Xcode, and can help you ship it to TestFlight and the App Store. dhrive drives an AI coding-agent CLI that you install and authenticate yourself, and you are responsible for your use of that agent under the terms of its provider.

Your responsibilities

• You need your own Apple Developer account and a coding-agent CLI to use the core features.
• You are responsible for the apps you build and ship, including their content, their compliance with the App Store guidelines and applicable law, and any data they handle.
• You agree not to misuse the Site or App, interfere with their operation, or use them for unlawful purposes.

Your code is yours

dhrive generates a standard Xcode project that you own. We claim no rights over the apps or code you create with it.

Plans and payments

dhrive is free to build and run locally. Some features, such as shipping to TestFlight and the App Store and cloud backup, require a paid plan. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe and renew until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from within the App.

Third-party services

dhrive relies on tools and services that you provide or that we integrate, including Apple and Xcode, your coding-agent CLI and its AI provider, Stripe, Supabase, GitHub, and Vercel. We are not responsible for those third parties, and your use of them is subject to their terms.

Disclaimer

dhrive is provided on an as-is basis, without warranties of any kind. AI-generated code may contain errors, and you are responsible for reviewing and testing whatever you ship. We do not guarantee that builds, uploads, or App Store submissions will succeed.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyos Technologies LTDA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of dhrive. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using dhrive at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
